Mojoroto Kota Kediri Untuk Ketahanan Pangan Keluarga, Ahwal al-Syakhshiyyah, Syariah, IAIT Kediri, Dosen Pembimbing Drs. HA. Abd. Halim Musthofa, MH. M.H.I. Kata Kunci: Aktivitas Ekonomi Perempuan, Ketahanan Pangan, Nafkah Keluarga Skripsi ini membahas mengenai aktivitas perempuan di pasar Campurejo Kec. Mojoroto Kota Kediri untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan keluarga dengan perspektif fikih Islam, Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan intinya adalah bagaimana perspektif fikih Islam terhadap aktivitas keluarga di pasar Campurejo. Dengan tujuan mengetahui aktivitas perempuan di pasar Campurejo sekaligus menjelaskan status hukumnya dalam perspektif fikih Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (fields research) dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Yakni suatu jenis penelitian yang dimaksudkan untuk mengelola data yang terkumpul melalui wawancara terstruktur. Adapun pendekatan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif (descriptive analisis). Sementara, pendekatan penelitiannya adalah bersifat teologis normatif, yaitu suatu pendekatan yang mencoba menelaah status hukum terhadap sebuah kasus dari perspektif fikih Islam. Dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh beberapa hasil: Pertama, bentuk aktifitas ekonomi perempuan di pasar Campurejo ialah berdagang. Dimana aktivitas berdagang yang dilakukan perempuan, kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh perempuan di pasar campurejo untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Kedua, aktivitas perempuan di pasar Campurejo setidaknya dilandasi atas dua prinsip mendasar, yaitu prinsip kemitraan dan kebutuhan. Prinsip kemitraan ialah suami-istri sama-sama terlibat serta berpartisipasi aktif dalam urusan nafkah keluarga. Kemitraan ini terjadi dalam kondisi suami masih hidup dan keduanya saling bahu-membahu dalam bertindak mencari nafkah keluarga. Adapun, prinsip kebutuhan ialah bahwa istri berperan aktif dalam bertindak mencari nafkah untuk kebutuhan pangan keluarga. Kebutuhan seperti ini terjadi bilamana suami sudah wafat ataupun tidak mampu untuk bekerja, sehingga istri dituntut untuk bekerja guna menghidupi keluarga. Ketiga, praktik aktivitas ekonomi perempuan yang terjadi di pasar campurejo menurut pandangan fikih Islam hukumnya diperbolehkan. Sumber rujukan primer maupun kitab-kitab fikih tidak satupun yang menafikkan kerja dan profesi kalangan perempuan dalam bidang dan sektor apa pun yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan untuk mencari nafkah sepanjang pekerjaan tersebut tidak menimbulkan ekses negatif seperti fitnah, khalwat serta tidak bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai moral dan ajaran syariat, serta tidak melalaikan kewajiban utama sebagai ibu rumah tangga dan mengawasi pendidikan anak-anaknya. Keywords: Family Activity Economy Woman, Endurance Food, Living This thesis discusses the activities of women in the Campurejo market to meet the family's food needs with an Islamic fiqh perspective. With the aim of knowing the activities of women in the Campurejo market as well as explaining their legal status in the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. This research is a field research with descriptive qualitative research type. That is a type of research that is intended to manage the data collected through structured interviews. The analytical approach used is descriptive analysis (descriptive analysis). Meanwhile, the research approach is normative theological in nature, which is an approach that tries to examine the legal status of a case from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. In this study, several results were obtained: First, the form of women's economic activity in the Campurejo Market is trading. Where trading activities are carried out by women, this activity is carried out by women in the campurejo market to meet the needs of family life. Second, women's activities in the Campurejo market are at least based on two basic principles, namely the principle of partnership and necessity. The principle of partnership is that husband and wife are equally involved and actively participate in family livelihood matters. This partnership occurs when the husband is still alive and both work hand in hand in acting to earn a living for the family. Meanwhile, the principle of need is that the wife plays an active role in acting to earn a living for the family's food needs. This need occurs when the husband has died or is unable to work, so the wife is required to work to support the family. Third, the practice of women's economic activities that occur in the Campurejo market according to Islamic jurisprudence is legally permissible. Neither primary reference sources nor fiqh books deny the work and professions of women in any fields and sectors needed in life to earn a living as long as the work does not cause negative excesses such as slander, seclusion and does not conflict with moral values and the teachings of the Shari'a, and not neglecting the main obligations as a housewife and supervising the education of their children.
